Service Description

This training program is designed for anyone looking to either: (1) Improve Strength and overall body composition. (2) Firm and Tone while incorporating, strength, movement, mobility and flexibility. (3) Anyone looking to compete in or train for an athletic event such as a marathon, triathlon, etc. (Athletes of all levels welcome) (4) Lose weight and feel great using same movement, mobility, strength and flexibility principles. (5) Anyone looking to improve or maintain the performance of their overall health combining simultaneous movements that use the whole body to imitate common daily activities. This variety of exercise can reduce the challenge of real-life, everyday activities, such as lifting objects at home or work or playing with your children. This individually tailored Functional Movement and Strength training program begins with movement as its foundation and integrates functional strength training with stretching, balance, flexibility, and mobility. Using these same principles in my everyday life has allowed me to train and compete in several endurance events, while also propelling me to new heights in my work and family life.
